We have three superb villas available for rent for vacation in Florida. All villas are located within the gated community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club, which is close to Disney and other local attractions.

Our 'Fairway Retreat' villa has 4 bedrooms (1 super-king master suite, 1 double, and 2 twins), sleeping upto a maximum of 10 people, a private pool with spa.

Our 'Golfer's Paradise' villa has 4 bedrooms (1 super-king master suite, 1 queen, 1 twin and 1 'Winnie-the-Pooh' themed twin), sleeping upto a maximum of 10 people with a private pool.

Our 'Lakeside' villa has 3 bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 Double and 1 'Mickey' themed twin), sleeping upto a maximum of 8 people with a private pool.

All villas have air conditioning and a private pool with views of the Southern Dunes Golf Course, they all contain TV's, a HiFi, DVD player with DVD's, a Playstation with games and controllers, fully fitted kitchen (includes a dishwasher), atleast 2 bikes, table top games, washing machine and dryer.

All guests at our villas have access to the Southern Dunes Tennis Courts, Playground and Communal Pools free of charge. The Southern Dunes Clubhouse also has a restaurant which is available to the public.
