Our villas are situated on the very quiet and peaceful residential community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club in Haines City, Florida. Within walking distance there is a 24 hour Wal-Mart hypermarket, which sells food, clothes, electronics, sports equipment, Petrol/Gas and more at very low prices. Also close by are McDonalds, Burger King, Popeye's chicken, Checkers burgers, Taco Bell, Winn Dixie supermarket, 2 banks and a Blockbuster video along with other restaurants and a few shops. There is also a new hospital with A & E only 5 minutes drive away and 2 pharmacies within walking distance of Southern Dunes for peace of mind.

Southern Dunes is a prestigious gated community featuring a world championship golf course. It also offers a restaurant, bar, pro golf shop, pool table and a small gym in the clubhouse, 3 communal swimming pools (one being olympic size and one heated), floodlit tennis courts, children's play area and a fishing lake.

The Southern Dunes complex is located at exit 55 on Highway 27, 7 miles south of Interstate 4. This is 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 80 minutes from Sanford Airport. It is also only about 30 minutes from Seaworld, Universal Studios and International Drive.
