- This spacious, air-conditioned two-storey home has a large family room with a dining area.
- There is cable TV, radio, CD player, and a door leading to the south-facing pool area, which is screened to allow the sun in, but keep the bugs out.
- There are sun loungers and a table and chairs for eating outside. If you prefer the shade to the wonderful Florida sunshine, there is an area under cover. You can watch the golfers on the 5th green, and the cranes, which are frequent visitors to the lake.
- We have installed a high speed wireless internet connection so our guests can keep in touch with family and friends from beside the pool (just bring your laptop).
- The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, large fridge freezer and all the crockery and cooking utensils you will need.
- There is also a downstairs toilet and vanity basin, and laundry facilities in the garage.
- Upstairs the view from the master bedroom is fantastic. There is a double bed, dressing table, TV, and en-suite shower room leading to a dressing room.
