Our luxury villa is situated on the Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club overlooking the 9th fairway.

Approximately 20 minutes away from Disney and about an hour away from the beaches, it is just the right location to get away from the hustle and bustle of the attractions but close enough to give you quick and easy access to the parks.

It can accommodate up to ten people, sleeping eight in the four spacious bedrooms (one super king master suite, one double and two twins) and two on a sofa-bed in one of the living areas.

The Kitchen has plenty of work surfaces and is fitted with a fridge freezer (including an ice-maker), oven, kettle, toaster, blender, waste disposal unit, dishwasher, microwave and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need.

There is also a breakfast nook, with a brand new table and chairs.

There are two living room areas, one with a beautiful new dining table and chairs. There is cable TV, CD player, video player and each area has a couple of comfortable sofas. Patio doors lead to the pool.

The huge master suite consists of a super king bed and dressing table with an archway to the en-suite bathroom which has a corner bath, twin vanity basins, shower and toilet. Patio doors lead to the pool.

There is also a downstairs toilet and washbasin, and a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Upstairs there are three further bedrooms (one double and two twins) and the family bathroom.

We have provided a computer with internet access for our guests to use.

The villa also has its own private pool and spa, which are covered by a fine mesh screen which lets in the sun but keeps the bugs out (the pool and spa can be heated in the winter if required for an additional charge).

The view down the 9th fairway is wonderful. There are sun loungers and a table with chairs for relaxing in the Florida sunshine. There are pool and patio lights for evening swimming. This pool is regularly cleaned and maintained by our management company.

The villa also has a driveway for parking at the front, although there is also an integrated double garage. Our management company is available 24 hours a day for emergencies.
