Rates are for the whole villa per week. They include all Florida State taxes (currently 12%) and the final cleaning fee. For visits of less than six nights please add a £30 / $50 cleaning charge. We accept British Pounds and US Dollars. A deposit of £100 / $165 per week is required on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival day. We will hold dates for 7 days pending confirmation of travel arrangements and the deposit cheque. Pool heating is available by pre-booking at a cost of £90 / $160 per week (minimum charge £55 / $100). A security deposit is required with the final balance payment. Please add 3% to your payment if paying by credit card. Changeover day is flexible. |
