Rates are for the whole villa per week. They include all Florida State taxes (currently 12%) and the final cleaning fee. Please add a cleaning fee of £45 / $70 for stays of less than 7 nights. We accept British Pounds and US Dollars. A deposit of £100 / $165 per week is required on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival day. We will hold dates for 7 days pending confirmation of travel arrangements and the deposit cheque. Pool heating is available by pre-booking at a cost of £100 / $170 per week (minimum charge £60 / $100). A security deposit is required with the final balance payment. Please add 4% to your payment if paying by credit card. Changeover day is flexible. |
