Our privately owned villa is located on the internationally renowned, par 72, Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club, just off Highway 27, within close proximity to all the major Florida attractions. This is in an ideal location for golfing holidays or for visiting Disney and other parks.

This larger style, two storey spacious house can accommodate up to 10 people and also has its own south facing private pool and spa overlooking the golf course. You can rent our luxury 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom villa for vacations at competitive prices.

Our self-catering, fully air conditioned villa comprises of a master suite with en-suite bathroom, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a family bathroom. There is also a convertible sofa-bed for two in one of the two living areas. as well as a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer and also a double garage and gardens.
